Are you ready to Get Real? Teams of two will participate in a clinical scenario-based interaction where they will respond to a challenging situation. The challenge will assess the team's clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, teamwork communication, and situational awareness. A panel of judges will evaluate their performance in a closed environment and provide valuable feedback.

When does registration open?
Registration opens March 15, 2026.
Will CE Credit be awarded?
Yes. ASTNA and ECHO will provide continuing education credits (CEHs) for nursing and CAPCE-accredited continuing education for all eligible providers.
How can I have my program fund my registration?
Please email marketing@echoflightcrew.org
Do I need to bring a flight suit?
Yes! Please bring your flight suit. Wear your flight suit during main session days, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Can I edit my registration?
Yes, click here to edit your registration. Note - you may not cancel a registration this way.
Is ECHO membership required?
Yes, and ECHO is free to join. Please click JOIN ECHO above.
What are the food and beverage options?
ECHO provides daily meals for all attendees at no additional charge. This includes daily happy hours on Monday and Tuesday, networking-style dinners during the Monday and Tuesday social events, and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday for all attendees and vendors.
Additionally, law enforcement attendees participating in the Sunday and Monday workshops will receive lunch on those days. Complimentary coffee will be available daily.

The Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown is approximately 10 miles from the airport. Rideshares and ground transportation are readily available.
When will the full agenda be released?
The agenda will be released on March 30th. Ahead of that, workshops will be announced and included with registration.
Should I rent a car?
It's probably not necessary for ECHO Philadelphia. Most places are accessible by a quick rideshare, walking, or with trolleys.
