ECHO Membership is required to attend.
The Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt is located in the Rainey Street District of Austin, Texas - known for walkable and unique bars and restaurants with a music scene to match!
ECHO Austin attendees will receive an exclusive $199/night rate for the entire duration of the conference! Come early and stay late - all for the ECHO block rate.
To receive the block rate, rooms must be booked by July 18, 2022.
ECHO Austin attendees will not be charged a daily guest amenities fee.

FAQs
When does registration open?
Registration opens on Feb 15, 2022, and is available through August 16, 2022.
Is ECHO membership required?
Yes, and ECHO is free to join. Please click JOIN ECHO at the top of this page.
What are the food and beverage options?
The Hotel Van Zandt will provide daily breakfast, lunch, coffee, and a free happy hour with local craft beer and wine. ECHO will have designated spots in Austin for conference attendees for after hours.
Which airport do I fly into?
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).
The conference hotel is 12 miles from the airport, and both Uber and Lyft are available.
When will the full agenda be released?
It's out! See above.
Should I rent a car?
It's probably not necessary for ECHO Austin. Most places are walkable, and the airport is a short ride in an Uber or Lyft.
Will CE Credit be awarded?
Yes! ASTNA and ECHO will provide CEHs for all providers.

Do I need to bring a flight suit?
While not required, it is encouraged! Show off your program!
